Our favorite of the 2013s sent to us. Deep and dark ruby red with high intensity. Coated in cinnamon, baking spices, and cassis on the nose. A little tight to start but the layers keep unfolding. Super thick and extracted. Heavy tannins (8/10) and full bodied. A ton of spices, creme de cassis and other dark berries. Like the nose, complex and layered with a super long finish. Love this bordeaux blend from Flora Springs and they killed it this vintage. We need to grab some of these for future reviews! Drink till 2031.

Dark berry, dark chocolate, baking spice, cinnamon, full bodied, building lingering tannins. Love it!

Tonight, my wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary. My wife wanted to choose a wine to celebrate and decided on a household favorite...Flora Springs Trilogy. We have attended the past few Trilogy Release Parties (hence the glass) and absolutely love the last few vintages. After a two hour decant, the dark fruit pie notes start singing, the legs fall at a snail's pace, and the mouthfeel of cherries and mocha become seductive.

Very tasty cab blend. It’s ready to go with minimal air and shows lovely Napa fruit with silky tannins. I don’t see any reason to hold this, as I’m not sure it has the structure for the long haul. Enjoy over the next few years.

Better than I was expecting. Not sure who gave this to me but it was a rich, full body and as someone else said - thick wine. Liked it and even better next day.
