Opened another bottle yesterday, and it's getting better every time. The golden color is beautiful. The mousse is very fine, and the nose has this lovely apple and honeysuckle nose with a hint of biscuit. The mouthfeel is balanced with the acidity completing the experience. I truly enjoy this vintage.

Earthy, mushrooms, slightly oxidative, but all in a good way. Excellent freshness on the palate. Long, long finish. Awesome.
