Crisp, fresh minerality of this Chardonnay is great example why Niagara Falls region is getting more and more attention from wine lovers.

I absolutely love this Chardonnay!! If you come across a 2010 somewhere but it immediately and drink, buttery and delicious.

This week we have a late entry for @Heather Leatham's DDTC blog. As we are up at the secure off-site storage, my choices for Chardonnay were a little more limited to fulfill the request, however I found this Flat Rock Cellars 2007 Chard which is doing the trick. Notes: color is a lighter straw color than I was expecting. The nose shows some butter and evidence of oak barrels. The flavors definitely balance nicely with some acidity to complement the fruits and alcohol. Medium finish is pleasant.
