Probably one of the better Israeli whites out there, I am a big fan of new world and of Israeli wines, I think it is fair to say that white is not the strong side of Israeli wines, while some of the Reds excel. This unpacked blend of 60% SB and 40% Chardonnay, is quite fresh it has a pale green color, tropical nose of lychee, melon, grape fruit and light flowers, medium body, with fresh acidity and a pleasant finish. The acidity is not as elegant and smooth as wish it would be, yet it is pleasant. My score 85, drink to 2017
