An amazing example of what #israeliwine can be. Fruit, chocolate, mocha, spice, great body and acidity. Long finish.

Mystery wine of the night. In a blind taste held it’s own against other Bordeaux blends , including Lynch Bages and Ch. Latour Well executed - bravo Flam. #flamwinery

Decanted for 2 hours. Nose of plum, cedar, pencil lead and red peppers. The pepper element was stronger on the palate. Full body and long finish.

As good as I have had from an Israeli red. Rich, complex and multi dimensional.
