Aging beautifully! Celebrating our 10yr anniversary. No rush to drink. Opened 45 min before drinking. Rose petal and cherry aromas. More cherry, raspberry, and mushrooms on the palate. Drank with blue cheese crusted filet mignon, butternut squash, and roasted veggies, excellent!

Decanted for a hour. Amazing! Plum, BlackBerry, violet, hibiscus, leather, tar, and a touch of smoke. 80% Barbera and 20% Nebbiolo. So freaking good. And definitely overkill for pizza hut stuffed crust pizza Haha

Decanter died in a dish washing accident last weekend. A tad hot still. Barbera blended with Nebbiolo is really nice. Body medium plus. Dried red fruits with mild licorice. Balanced, with subtle tannins. I miss my decanter....
