Black cherry and tobacco from the get-go, with secondary aromas and flavors of mint, herbs, and wet earth. Super grippy tannins and quite acidic. Powerful and masculine, decent finish, too!

In my top ten year-on-year since 1994!!!! Never get bored of this wine :-)

Good acid structure but fruit is restrained. Oak shows through too much. Too much oak but still drinkable. Short finish and reasonably balanced but for the oak.

Pretty red fruit with lots of Riojaness

'07. Bigger than anticipated, but a really solid wine. Nose is very pronounced; cedar, eucalyptus, cocoa, blueberries, leather. Tarry palate, with cherries, game meat, cacao, toasted coconut, and a minty finish.

Темпранилто 92%, 8% Грасиано. Много зелени в аромате: зеленый перец, лист, фрукты, дуб. Соеднетелое, достаточно деликатное, мягкие танины, хороший баланс. Зеленый тон и во вкусе но не раздражает

All terroir all the time. Even fruit, delicious middle and a great use of new French oak (22 months). Incense, some spice; fruit fruit.

Vino de capa alta , en nariz especiado, pimienta y fruta negra. En boca buena entrada potencia y fuerza gran final largo y equilibrado.
