Ville testa ytterligare en höghöjds-Malbec. Denna var betydligt mer fatad (100% ny fransk ek) vilket dödar frukten ganska mycket. Det är mest fatdrag som läder, tobak och lite dammiga taniner. Behöver nog många år för att lugna sig och söta till taninerna samt släppa fram frukten.

Lush, opulent, succulent and sapid Malbec spent 1yr in new French oak. Double (pre- and post-fermentation) maceration, both 10 days long.
Inky, deep dark ruby color, dark purple hues.
Concentrated and complex bouquet of violets, roses, black pepper, blackberry, prune and black currant. Elegant whiff of smoke and chocolate.
Generous palate of full body and fine balance. Scented by blackberry, bilberry, prune, black currant, tobacco and roasted cacao beans.
Finishes gravely by blackberry, wild cherry and bitter chocolate.
