Oct 4th, 2021Possible at first taste to confuse for a medium-high quality Burgundy. Some nice fresh apple notes, some honeysuckle, and purely delicious. I think this wine might not travel well; we drank and purchased this bottle at the winery. It's really good.

100% Viura with lots of oak but no malolactic, so not buttery on the palate. Might appeal to the butter crowd, except there's no butter. Not my favorite either way.
