Bright red cherry. Extremely bright, persistent style.

Feb 16th, 2020Horses, A/C coolant, and pleather.
Just kidding. Stop taking yourself so seriously.
This Nebbiolo is interesting because it’s rich, full bodied. The bouquet reminds me of a lush forest — one I used to visit in college in Gainesville on Payne’s Prairie.
Super vegetal. On the buds, we’re talking blueberries, raspberry fruit roll-up, and the pit of a peach.
Dry, tannic, and packs a punch.

Very mild, subtle berry fruit forward, low acidity, mild aftertaste, great flavor and way too easy drinking, would be perfect with hor deurves or by itself
