Potente, seductor y armonioso. La entrada es amplia, estructurada y con un tanino aterciopelado. Exhibe un excelente equilibrio y un final muy largo donde aparece toda su paleta aromática.

Not bad for a Wednesday night Treat! Paired this with a blackened catfish I made for an interesting flavor twist. Definitely enjoyed it for the most part but Not a huge fan of the finish which brought out the cayenne pepper ... someone else may disagree. That's what makes the world go round. 😊🍷💕
