I tried it with and without aerator. Right after opening the bottle i would rated it as 7 or so. But after passing it through the aereator it is a great cab for the price. Very shareable wine to share with your partner. If you dont have an aerator i would recommend to leave the bottle open for 1 or 2 hours before serving it. If you have a carafe, pour it into and wait about an hour for a more enjoyable wine. After all it is a great cab for a fun time.

Cassis with surprising earthy complexity, hint of Brett? Simple, fruity, some leathery earth, but of residual sugar. Pleasant cocktail supper, something I would enjoy on a plane trip or with a roast beef sandwich.
