Very good wine and especially for $5 on a BOGO deal at Publix. It would compete very well in a blind tasting against some much more expensive offerings. The primary Zinfandel grapes do stand out but the overall blending grapes bring a good nose, good mouthfeel and lingers on the tongue and mouth. No breathing needed is good with or without food.

Big and obnoxious. Some boozy heat, clove, plums, cocoa powder, baking spices, allspice, black cherries, cedar.
