A robust, jammy Syrah from the central coast. Blackberry, black pepper, violet, and smoked meat. Robust tannins.

Daaaayummm! Ridiculously good and not even their top tier $hiz! Rich, smooth decadence, SM style bbq on fresh street (asphalt) lined with purple flower bushes. . . ✊🏼

Dark color. Berries and spice. Meaty mouthfeel some heat on the finish.

On a trip to CA I visited Fess Parker. Deep red with aromas of dark berry fruit, big full scents. On the palate blackberry, cherry and plum with smoky pepper spice. Well balanced medium finish ending with earthy notes. Tasting Sample.

2012 vintage. Pleasant enough syrah with a dark hue and notes of smoky meat, savory herb and thick, brambly bushes. Have this one when you grill or with burgers in general and it won't be out of place.

Boring yet elegant label. All the black fruits you can imagine with some peppery goodness. Slight jam but not overly so. Taste like it should cost twice as much as it did. Pretty happy with this one.
