9 years vintage with almond flavor @1400, TWSFestival Selco, 171119

2009 @1400, Osateria X, 180705, ample and energetic bubbles. Dry with fruits acidic flavor. Almond and yeast flavor are softer.

Love FERRARI perle methodo classico. Quite sharp compared to other vintages but has its beautiful volume and scent of honey as always.
