Желтая груша, спелая айва, палая листва, грецкие орехи, сухие травы, ручьевая вода. Чуть окисленно, немного устало, с дрябловатой кислотностью. Всё ещё объёмно, породисто, с парящей эфирностью в носе, но уже не на пике формы. С чувством достоинства.

Dry cider-like with huge effervescence. The longer the wine was open the more yeast/bread notes came through.
