Sonoma County Fumé Blanc Sauvignon Blanc

Clear as crystal. Lemon nose. Flavors are tart but smooth and creamy. Lighter style. Not super grippy. But it’s acceptable.

LOVE, very light and citrusy, almost no sweetness. Pairs well with seafood, great sauv for the price

Pale gold color. Smells of citrus, mild green herbs, and slightly of pineapple. Dry and acidic, green apple and grass. Sour tangerine aftertaste.

Very drinkable

Pale lemon in appearance. Aromas of lemon and melon, with a hint of floral. Alcohol is medium, acidity is high, dry. Very crisp on the pallet with flavors of green apple, Myer lemon, hint of floral notes. very subtle notes of cheese, oak, and mineral. Overall a balanced wine, a medium to long finish, very good approaching on outstanding wine.
