Gorgeous pale yellow color. Smells simultaneously citrusy, oaky and spicy. Good strong legs, and I smell pear and mango. Label says there's also yellow peach notes. Smooth, perfectly acidic and balanced. Great finish. Love it.

So light it’s almost silver. Smells like pears. Bartlett pears in light syrup. Maybe some lemon curd as well. Flavor is smooth. More pears. I think this and a pear tartlet with a creamy cheese base @ brunch would be amazing.
