Honey, marshmallow, cardoman, cloves, very oxidized, nutty, not a lot of acid, surprisingly developed for 2005, but interesting and delicious with cheese. Really earthy wine, totally different than Laurent Pillot in general.

Pale colour, hints of green.
This seems still quite young, fresh and very energetic. Lemon, green apple, white peach and chamomille, dusted with some spice and minerality. Terrific!
