Had this a year ago at a tasting grabbed several bottle for the new year, one of my favorite Cava’s. Medium lemon straw color with tiny bubbles and soft mousse. Complex tangy aromas of fresh stone fruits and notes of blossom and honey. On the palate apple and pear flavors with a toasty nutty character, very dry. Long finish with biscuit notes and mineral tang. Great value. Tasting Sample.

Had this wine at another tasting and it's such an exceptional value as a champagne alternative. Pale straw yellow, rapid flow of tiny bubbles with fruit aromas and citrus notes. A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grown in limestone and clay, and spends 24 months on its lees before disgorgement. Frothy mousse, well-balanced, full-bodied, crisp with zesty fruit, apple and pear, wet stone minerality, biscuit tones and long on the finish. Exceptional! Tasting Sample.

It's a better Cava. Summery, light fruity taste with sufficient brut dryness, bubbles aren't obnoxious.

Plays above its pay grade. Complex and pleasing aromas, fine pillage, crisp and refreshing acids, soft textures, clean finish with stony and toasty notes. I think I paid around $15. Looking for a fine sparkler without breaking the bank? Go no further.

Needs a touch of air.... yeasty bread dough, almond paste, ripe pear and vanilla bean. Creamy smooth mouthfeel with appreciable weight, fruit is concentrated, like pear jelly-bellies, with nutty secondary flavors. Lees aging adds complexity. Smooth to finish with zest and firm acid. Super solid and killer QPR.
