Sipping Fine Wine

A blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir from vineyards about 800 ft above sea level with Guyot-trained vines and spends 24 months on its lees. Straw yellow with tiny bubbles and aromas of sweet fruits and floral scents. On the palate stone fruits with a nutty flavor, nice balance with acidity, lingering ending with biscuit notes. Tasting Sample.
