Pale purple. Dried red peppers, fresh crushed peppercorns, fig jam, and lavender on the nose. Structured, earthy notes of mushrooms, balsamic, cranberry tartness. Medium finish, with a bit of brightness coming through in the end. Would go great with a beautiful steak to cut the richness of the meat.
