Stone fruits and chocolate. A bit thin. It was good but nothing I was overly excited about.

Lacking the structure I would have liked, would be one to try in five years after the intense fruit softens.

Sourced from stagecoach. Heavy oak and blackberry on the nose, ripe blackberry on the palette. Super long finish, nice balance of tannin.

Quintessa has created some amazing wines under their Faust label. Their numbered bottles of "the Lure" and "the Pact" have stood out rivaling their flagship wines. Bold and full-bodied Cabernet dominates the forward fruit. But it's not overpowering; the palate transitions into a complex lingering finish. Really enjoyed. Find it and try. Cheers!!
