GREAT, especially as a go-to red. Incredibly drinkable, but med weight and satisfying. Well balanced, not tight. Would case this.

A surprising wine: the first sip out of the bottle is actually a a little grape-jelly. But with food, in our case the rich cheese and salty flavors of a pizza, this is really delightful.
