Funky and barnyardy with tangy acidity, making the nose on this wine reminiscent of a Belgian lambic! The wine is an intriguingly light brick color with some chalky mineral texture and stemmy herbal qualities to complement its ample strawberry and raspberry fruit. A hint of white pepper. Really tasty way to start the night.

Perfect to drink now - great wine ! It does not always have to be a Brunello !
