The 2021 Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Secco is incredibly fresh with a smoky mix of crushed wild berries and savory herbs. It’s silky smooth with a stimulating core of sour citrus and mineral-tinged bubbles that add a cheek-puckering tension within. Jan 6th, 20172014. Drinking fantastic tonight with deep dish pizza although it needed a few minutes to bloom. It tastes like those tiny little wild black raspberries you find on the side of the trail when you're hiking the northwoods of Michigan in July.
