So easy to drink. Tart red cherries, dried purple flowers, faint smoke and a bit of sundried tomato. High acid, really friendly tannins, perfect for a tomato and cheese based feast.

Yes. This is it. Maybe an "ordinary" chianti classico 2016 from this producer was better. But this riserva is... majestic. A cherry and a vanilla nose. The palate: a leather hints, the cherry again. Interesting finish with a dark chocolate and a pepper.
