High alcohol CdP, but you wouldn’t know it. (Until later.) Nice dark red color with ruby around the edges. Cherry and vanilla aromatics, some spice too and a slight floral arrangement. Drinks super smooth, with a good finish. Focuses are plum, warm spices, and some cola.

Bone Dry! White Fruit, nice legs and a beautiful golden color. After a couple hours this wine transformed. At first I wasn't impressed, but it turned into@a very unique wine with dragon fruit( recently back from Thailand), light acid, but a good finish. Towards the end it was coming off as a nice Chard. Just like Optimus Prime this oddity transformed.

So good, I'm not an expert so not sure about terminology, but sweet at first then dry and tannic, so good with our grilled tenderloin!
