Deep ruby colour. Aroma of ripe black fruit and black cherries with a mahogany edge?! And something familiar that I can’t pin down. Medium intensity. Tastes of mild fruit with medium acidity and prominent tannins. Straight forward and uncomplicated. Even better on day 2. I like its edge. I could drink it every day.
