A definitely off-dry Chenin Blanc, with elevated notes of apricot, baked pear and candied yellow fruits. A bit sweet to my taste but I can see why other feel more confident with the Grand Reserve. I prefer the classic version as this one lacks acidity. Very long fruity finish. Pairs nicely with fruit tart.

Peach and pear in the nose with peach, pear & orange in the palate. A crisp, medium bodied, medium acidity wine. Flavor enhanced with Gruyère, which brought out a flavor of orange.
