This beauty offers up notes of peach, pear, and spiced citrus, balanced by a flinty minerality. Very enjoyable. Made from partially dried grapes. 100% Garganega. 11/5/22.

Darker straw colored, big time nose - and it took me awhile, but it smelled like a Fuzzy Navel (peach schnapps & OJ) w/white blossoms. Nice concentration of fruit & flavor from drying out grapes but vinified dry. Fun, classy & well done.

Light golden yellow. Maybe allergies prevented me from detecting smells. I could barely detect peach. Light flavor. Smooth initially. A tad bitter, mineral-y, on middle notes. A little bit sweet tasting and pear-like. Went well with Salmon, asparagus and rice pilaf.
