Prominent ‘orange wine’ nose, which makes you think it’ll be kinda typical, but it is NOT. Deep flavors, complex, and rich with notes of bloody barbecue brisket, blood orange, and vegetation (rhubarb and celery) with medium tannins and a tart, dry finish that goes and goes! Most complex, refined and rich orange wine I’ve ever had.

Bright orange with lots of tannins. Smelled like nail polish remover upon opening. But after decanting for 20 minutes, mellowed into delicious, drinkable, minerally, funkiness. Paired perfectly with fatty roasted marrow bones and a umami bomb soup. Another one from Keife.
