Faire la Fete
Crémant de Limoux Brut Sparkling White Blend
Pale lemon in color.
Nose of limes, grapefruits, citrus, yeast, bread, green apples, minerals and sea salt.
Medium bodied with medium plus sized bubbles and medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with citrus, limes, green apples, grapefruits, bread, yeast, bitter herbs, spices and earth.

This is a nice sparkling wine from the south of France. Easy drinking with food or without. Nicely balanced with nice acidity.
I paired it with 3 different Caviars, Whitefish, red Salmon and Lumpfish. Very tasty and interesting to compare.
Made in the traditional method.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
89 points.
$17.

This is a delightful, if not a touch simple cremant. Apples...but they’re delicious apples. A fun quaffer.

A blend of70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc & 10% Pinot Noir. Clean, light aromatic nose of citrus, stone fruits and yeasty notes. Palate, ripe apple and lemon flavors, slightly creamy texture, balanced by crisp acidity and fine bubbles on lingering citrusy finish.
