Not my style but definitely a crowd pleaser. Rich and juicy but with a redeeming depth of flavors. Herbal dark cherry fruit.

Good solid RRV Sonoma Pinot. Medium bodied and structured, but lacking a bit of the verve it had a year ago. Tasty now, but time to drink up.

Nose of rhubarb and bright red fruits. Solid structure. Bright red fruits and a solid but balanced structure, Classic Sonoma IPOB style Pinot. Nice.

High acid to start, much rounder, richer and fuller red fruit after 20 minutes. Nice food wine.

The fragrance and flavor of this wine are amazing. Funky forest floor on the nose. Loads of pure red fruit accented by cedar and baking spices on the palate. Not quite in the league of "too good" wine because the mouthfeel was a bit thin on the mid palate. Finish went on for days.
