Holding in there! Golden and oxidized flavors come out but a very impressive acid shine through.

Lemon, white peach, honeysuckle and yoghurt on the nose. Medium plus acidity. Loads of lemon and the steely minerality and acidity of a Chablis, but wrapped in California sunshine with a hint of peach and even some tropical notes of guava. Medium plus finish. Great complexity. Maybe a bit hot is the only criticism.

Extremely light, soft and subtle. Anjou pear and cream on the nose.

Good, but the oak came through a little bit more than I'd hoped. All in all, for the style, a very well made and enjoyable wine

Perfect with the roasted chicken. Nice overtones of honey and pear with crisp acidity.

Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and coastal wildflowers lead into a palate of pear, citrus oil, and crushed stone. The concrete egg and Austrian foudre lend purity and gentle roundness, while 15% new French oak adds subtle spice and toast. Bright acidity carries a saline, mineral-driven finish with impressive length and poise.
