This is quite a wine for the price. Had it at home to accompany a meal of slowly cooked lamb neck with smoked eel, seaweed and kohlrabi. Full round smokey wine, all dark red forrest fruit

Mar 14th, 20152007, Fabre Montmayou, Barrel Selection Malbec, Rio Negro Patagonia. I don't drink a lot of Malbecs. Showed a lot of berry fruit with a little earthiness and some oak flavors. Nothing that stands out enough to want to drink another bottle.
