Eola - Amity Hills Pinot Noir

light cherry, soft raspberries & under ripe strawberries ~ hints of nutmeg, cinnamon & clove ~ like a sour jolly rancher w a herbal finish

Light cherry nose with a hint of sulfur, on the palate lightly extracted cherry with a hint of bacon, high acid.

Sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry. High acid, no tannin. Super yummy and easy drinking wine perfect for summer or a hot day.

Hot cherries

Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg upfront on the nose, but my overall impression is more of a perfumey wine. Floral. Luscious cherry and strawberry. It expresses a nice purity of fruit on the palate. Bright acidity. Tart red fruit. Lighter and fresher in style. Appealing. I do prefer Pinots from Oregon made in this style.

A nice light Pinot , having it with roasted Poulet tonight. A good afternoon wine too I imagine.
