Nov 13th, 2015I have to admit I love the whimsical look of the Evans & Tate Breathing Space range. I picked this Sauvy up for $17 from my local Liquor Barons.
Crystal clear white with a lemon tinge on the eye. Aromas of freshly cut grass, lemon rind and capsicums. On the palate it's vegetal, crisp and the acidity would cut through a meal like fish'n'chips with ease. There's a lovely tropical fruit sweetness on the finish that rounds it off well. A tipple perfect for #TCWeekdayWine drinking if the do say so myself!
