On the nose, white floral notes, hints of chamomile. Super citrus notes of lime and lemon.lots of mineral and acid. Salty and slightly green apple fizz. Easy drinking and a little drier Vs Kabinett styles. 10.5%

Amazing Riesling from a new producer in Germany. High acid with a hint of sweetness. More citrus than typical Riesling. The som said they pick the grapes very early season to get the higher sharpness. I’ll look for this again
