Rheingau Trocken Riesling

Super dry, elegant and finely textured. Kafir lime, white flowers, and underripe apricots driven by a powerful undercurrent of polished minerals on a streamlined backbone of racy acidity. Calls for delicacies such as lobster, scallops, a plate of pancetta, prosciutto, and pecorino, or simply a nice fresh rainbow trout.

Good dry Riesling with typical scents of petroleum, orchid fruit

Still good but have to knock it down a peg in comparison to a Cinsault we just gave a 9.0.

Sweet at first but delicious acidity cleans it up and rides into a long finish. Great example of classic trocken.

Nice Riesling. Great with curried mussels!
