Brilliant lime attack becoming pithy and mineral. A kind of tartaric tannin accretion in the finish, probably very high level of dry extract, renders this as a highly distinctive and worthy Riesling from the dry school.

Discovering new producers in the Rheingau. Lovely, precise, ethereal and dry.
