Well balanced, good fruit, dark/blackberries are coming through. Nice structure and mouthfeel. Finish didn’t blow me away but really enjoyed it. Could age a few more years

Final Tony Soter vintage. Vines plants in 1945, now the source for scarecrow. Absolutely epic.

Tasting of nine 1996 Cabernets, Merlots and Bordeaux blends from California, Bordeaux and Australia. I thought this was a gorgeous wine. Apparently he also released two ports that year that both received 100 points from Parker.

The 02 was back when Tony Soter made the wine and this is a beautiful wine. It starts with a mocha tone and finishes with dark raspberries. While it’s obviously aged, it still has a wonderful finish and a great balance. Truly a treat for day 👆👆of quarantine - I think. Thank the lord my wine storage is considered important enough to still be open.
