Last had this wine 7/2/17. Has lost nothing. Minerals, white fruit and acid. Generous and balanced. One of the few Sauzet’s from my temp/humidity controlled cellar not ruined by premox.****

Aug 4th, 2020**** Sauzet at a very high level. Rich, balanced and complex. Nose of white fruit, apple and Meyer 🍋 all echoed on the palate with a honeyed long finish. Balanced by a savory acid and mineral skeleton. #whyidrinkbugundy
