Bottled May '11 - Disgorged March '15. Dosage 2g/l.
95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir.
Gorgeous nose but perhaps still a bit muted on the palate this should drink beautifully over the next 2-10 years.
Back up the truck and buy it by the case.... (if you can find any of the 5777 bottles produced).
