Local somm said it paired well with swimming pools, so that is where I drank it. Excellent choice. Creamier mouthfeel than sparkling wine made the champagne way. Raspberries in the background with slight toast up front, but that is the extent of the complexity. Bubbles disappear too quickly, but great until then.
