There’s more salinity in this one and a great acidity. It paired extremely well with with the tomato and liquid mozzarella caprese.

I always try to have these “Dry “ White wines made from the furmint grape (while the Botrytis sweet wines are delicious) the dry ones can be really great food wines this one very nice high acidity apple, pear aromas
