Rouletabulle Off Dry Pétillant Naturel Chasselas

Brilliant wine, love the yeasty notes, great mousse on it.

This wine is always a treat even though it is quite different from vintage to vintage. This bottling is really DRY and more precise than previous iterations. The wine's core has dried ginger with a whiff of floral aromatics that softens it perfectly. Delicious!

Funky, flavors of salted green apple skin. Low abv, this is a fun drink for sure. Gulp it!

Fresh green apples. Subtle in its presence. Tightly coiled bubbles and a world of fun.

The right way to start a Thai dinner. Effervescent and slightly sweet, cleansing acidity for the tasty eats.

Pleasant surprise!! Love love love. Need to buy more. Super easy to drink. Approachable wine. Just wish it had a bit more acid but has the low alcohol I love :)

Almost like cider - off dry melon and apple and wonderful mineral notes with faint petillance, totally great.

Essence of white peach + a little RS = dangerously easy to consume in large quantities.
