Eric Texier, j’adore. Grenache high on the acidity, not a ton of depth but an interesting hit of white pepper and gasoline in the nose. Delightful. Served it with lamb.

Focused natural wine making. A clean and enjoyable ride. Rich mouthfeel by variety alone. Settling stone fruit aromatics and an evolving artificial pixy stick quality. Clairette, not Grenache blend
