A Viking grandpa, greets the palate like a big warrior demanding to be taken seriously. Kind of rough, but you don’t want to argue with him. Then he sits down, gives you a hug, and is sweet in the end. Thank you, Viking Grandpa. — 6 years ago
Fresh juice, pale color, light and beautiful. Easy drinking. Smells like star fruit. — 6 years ago

Too much sulphur and first. Decant the f out of it. Then it softens to cherry but the alcohol keeps hitting the back of my throat hard. To be fair, this is a lovely, well-made wine, but it’s just a little more alcohol forward than it needs to be. Residual sweetness in the aftertaste. — 6 years ago
You can tell this is a very well-produced wine. Clean, nice astringency that is a characteristic of good natural wines. The fruit gets more intense as you drink it like drops of water collecting in a bucket. You keep thinking that there is a word or phrase unsaid; something unspoken. Looking forward to the producer’s evolution. — 6 years ago

Beautiful but too young to drink right now. Tastes pure and fresh. Kirsch notes. Nice sediment. No viscosity. Pinpointed inky juice. — 6 years ago
