The benchmark in our little cider study! It always delivers with such pure fruit and guzzle-worthy sugar-acidity balance.

330 ml love juice ❤️ Cider isn't a drink I'd typically reach for, but if it's Eric Bordelet (or Jacques Perritaz), I'd drink it in a heartbeat. Off-dry with high acidity. Fruity, pure, fresh, and so balanced. Yummo!

If there is better Perry, I'd like to try it!

Christmas Eve!

Delicious! Fresh and crisp. Love this stuff! This was from the 2013 vintage.

One of my favorite ciders. The pear makes it so nice and floral, notes of pollen and bread yeast. So much fun to drink.
